A unique space to create.

Looking to better display the unique venues Parker Arts has to offer for meeting and gathering spaces, I created a dossier that acts as a brochure and folder to present to interested renters. I created and wrote copy for the dossier itself as well as supporting inserts to go into the folder. The brochure section features two performing arts centers that are managed by Parker Arts: the PACE Center and The Schoolhouse. Form and function go hand in hand as each of the sections maintain a consistent layout so the reader knows what to expect. In addition, the venues are broken up by two separate color palettes based on the branding of their respective logos, to delineate the sections and indicate two different locations. The images masked in arrow-shaped frames direct the reader’s eye around the page and point them to information and specifications. This assists the reader in exploring the various spaces to discover what works best for their particular needs. After learning more about the renter’s event, the folder in the back can be stuffed with inserts to give them additional information that is specific to them. This dossier helps support staff in finalizing rentals with perspective clients and gives the interested party something tangible to walk away with during their planning process.
